

Debbie Lynn RVN MBVNA
Practice Manager
Debbie is a qualified veterinary nurse who joined the team at Clarendon House in 2013. She has worked in the veterinary industry since 1999 and during this time has worked across many areas of practice from reception, nursing and clinical coaching for student veterinary nurses to her current role as practice manager. When not at work Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dogs – a rescue Staffordshire Bull Terrier and two small Chihuahuas. She is also the proud owner of a very special three-legged cat called Ginga and Eric the Royal Python.


Jackie Manners
Head Receptionist and Pet Bereavement Advisor
Jackie joined our Reception team at Clarendon House in September 2015 and became Head Receptionist in January 2020. She has qualified as a Pet Bereavement Advisor and is always on hand to support our clients through difficult times. Jackie has a rescue dog of her own called Roo, a JackTzu. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog, socialising and spending time with family, especially her five grandchildren.


Becky Gower
Receptionist
Becky originally started working at Clarendon House in 2010 as a kennel assistant and within a few years stepped into the role of receptionist. Becky loves working on reception and enjoys seeing the journey and roads to recovery that our patients take, plus she often gets the chance for ‘cheeky cuddles’. Outside of work Becky enjoys spending time with her family and having days out together.


Fiona Guilder
Receptionist
Fiona has been part of our reception team at Clarendon House for over 10 years. She enjoys meeting both our clients and their pets and also enjoys working as part of our team. Outside of work Fiona enjoys walking Laci her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and spending time with her grandchildren.


Lynn Peacock
Receptionist
Lynn joined the Clarendon House reception team in 2002. She enjoys her job and is trained to deal with our pet insurance processing and any queries that clients may have. Lynn has a keen interest in both canine and feline behaviour and has completed courses in both of these areas. She also assists with health and safety within the practice and is a fire warden. Lynn owns a Japanese Shiba Inu called Taichou; Tai to those who know him. Although Tai has epilepsy, Lynn is determined not let this hold him back, and he regularly enjoys agility work and is also registered as a PAT dog (Pets as Therapy).


Tina Fletcher
Receptionist
Tina first began working as part of our reception team in 2007. In 2015 she took a short break from the practice and joined us again in 2017. Tina is real people person and enjoys everything about her role on reception. She loves to work as part of a team, enjoys meeting clients and their pets and is never happier than when she gets her ‘puppy fix’ assisting our clients with their newest additions to their family. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and her own dog, Ozzy the Dachshund.


Sarah Jane Warner
Receptionist
Sarah Jane joined Clarendon House in 2018 and has enjoyed increasing her knowledge and understanding of the veterinary environment within her receptionist role.
Since then she has completed training to become the ISFM Cat Friendly Receptionist, First Aider for Mental Health and Wellbeing Champion and one of the pet insurance processors. All these roles she enjoys immensely and Sarah Jane loves helping out were ever she can across the whole practice team. In her spare time she enjoys all wide range of designing and crafting, spending time with close family and looking after her small Horsfield tortoise Clover and rescue cat Athena.
